What is Team Coaching?

Sensory Coaching provides a safe space for health professionals, educators and those who work with sensory children, who desire to be more sensory informed, to learn and get personalised support from an expert in the sensory field (aka from our Founder, Kerry - learn more about her here!)

Coaching support is personalised, tailored to your teams specific sensory education needs. Sensory coaching for teams aims to meet your team exactly where they are to enrich their experience and interactions with sensory children so help them reach their potential. This may include environmental structuring, sensory equipment recommendations, sensory strategies and so on.

And it can be tailored to fit in with your teams busy schedule!

Zoom Calls

Zoom calls can be regular (monthly) or ad hoc 2 hour education/support sessions for a maximum of 6 participants.

Sensory Support

Topic specific or general team training, sensory Q&A and troubleshooting, complimented by access to the recording for a lifetime, and supplementary materials as indicated.

Tailored

Tailored advice and resources, specific to team and client needs.

Email Support

Unlimited access to Kerry via email between coaching sessions (for those who have signed up for 6 months of coaching)
